      Assessment, Design, Development,

     Implementation,

    and Evaluation

             The ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) was used to establish need (Analyze), design â€‹â€‹materials and plan strategies (Design), create and assemble the training program (Develop), initiate instruction (Implement), and (Evaluate) the course outcomes.

            This Model  attempted  to enhance the current Induction and Mentoring Program for Lexington School District Two by moving from the current Traditional Model of Instruction and Training for our teachers into a Blended Model for the 2011-2012 school year, then onto a Synchronous Learning Model for the 2012-2013 school year, and finally a Virtual Model for the 2013-2014 school year.
