Cecil McClary, Ph. D.

Dr. McClary is an Educational consultant. Dr. McClary earned a Bachelor's degree from Presbyterian College and both a Master's

degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. During his career he has served as an

Elementary and Middle School Principal, and as an assistant principal at the High School Level. District Level positions held include Director

of Personnel, Coordinator for Recruitment and Retention and Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. In addition to his Educational

background he also has experience in professional development from the military perspective as he retired as a Colonel from the South

Carolina Army National Guard. An avid runner Dr. McClary has completed over 25 marathons and is licensed as a Single Engine Pilot.
